  • Quarterly Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) inspections
  • Inspection and servicing of 14 Medical Air Plants
  • Inspection and servicing of 17 Vacuum Plants
  • Inspection and servicing of 47 AGSS Plants
  • Inspection and servicing of 19 Manifolds
  • Annual coverage of all terminal units across the site
  • 24/7 reactive call-out support
  • Full compliance with HTM 02-01
