Maintenance
The medical gas maintenance team at K&H Medical Ltd has been successfully servicing equipment for the NHS, private hospitals and pharmaceutical and research facilities for more than 35 years. Our maintenance service operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so you know you are in the safest of hands when it comes to any medical gas system repair or routine maintenance.
Medical equipment maintenance service
We have a fully industry-trained team who support our clients countrywide. We also carry out major service works to pathology and general laboratories alike and on-site we work seamlessly alongside other contractors ensuring that planned preventive maintenance does not adversely affect the daily running of the facility.
K&H Medical Ltd will carry out a quarterly PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) across your site for a specified contract period; this will include in hours and out of hours call-outs to issues with any of the medical gas system and remedial works that come from the PPMs and call-outs. Working closely with our experienced maintenance management team and professional engineers, we will establish a maintenance plan and book the PPM dates for the current contract year. This enables us to minimise any disruption to the end user or affect patient care.
Our maintenance engineer will carry out the PPM using the asset lists and our inhouse PPM sheets designed from HTM 02-01 Part B section 10 and carry out all the checks on the equipment around medical gas system maintenance. Information collected will be sent to our site contacts for recording in the hospital procedures and we will store all data relevant to the site’s medical gas system which can be shared electronically at any time.
